Make life easier with the SPSC! The SPSC has plenty of services to meet your needs. Our post office can mail packages or sell stamps. The bookstore can help you find all the supplies and books you need. The Information Desk offers discount tickets to movies, Valleyfair, the Minnesota Zoo, and more. The SPSC Information Desk
The SPSC Information Desk has something for every student. It is located on the lower level of the SPSC next to the Post Office and has a wide variety of discount tickets. It offers discount movie passes, discount seasonal tickets, and AT&T phone cards that can be used to call internationally. The Info Desk also provides a fax service, a lamination service, and manages locker rentals for the St. Paul campus. If you have lost something at the union, check the Info Desk's lost and found.
US Postal Contract Station
Make it easy to pay for purchases by buying a money order at the SPSC Post office. The Postal Station is next to the Info Desk and has most of the capabilities of a full-fledged post office. It sells stamps, ships packages, and provides other services such as delivery confirmation.
The Gopher Spot Convenience Store
The Gopher Spot is not only for bowling and pool. A large portion of the Gopher Spot is dedicated to providing students with the only convenience store on St. Paul Campus. The Gopher Spot has something for every meal. For breakfast we have available coffee, donuts, bagels, and more. For lunch or dinner you can choose from a wide variety of products including sandwiches, pizzas, and pasta. Last but not least the Gopher Spot has a wide selection of candy and ice cream treats for dessert. Like to eat healthy? The Gopher Spot has many healthy vegan, vegetarian, and organic food options. Drop in, grab a soda, and enjoy this one-stop –shop!
University of Minnesota Bookstore
The SPSC makes it convenient for you to pick up all of your books by having the bookstore within the union! The bookstore is located on the lower level of the SPSC, and it contains all of the books for classes on the St Paul campus. The bookstore also offers school supplies, gift items, popular fiction books, magazines, and more! If you need something for class, you will find it at the bookstore.
Printing Services Copy Center
Printing Services is located on the lower level of the SPSC across from the bookstore. It provides students with many basic services such as copying, printing, binding, laminating, and more!
Internet Kiosks
There are five computer kiosks located within the SPSC on the lower level. Three of these computer kiosks are in the Gopher Spot next to the booths. The other two are located in the vending area next to the TV lounge on the ground floor.
Events and Conferences
The SPSC offers many rooms and areas that can be reserved for events, conferences and even wedding receptions. Need a place for your student group to meet? Drop by the office on the lower level in room 42 and see what Events and Conferences can offer you!
