Recreation Committee

The Recreation Committee plans and implements recreational opportunities both on and off campus. Previous activities have included downhill skiing, snow tubing, and horseback riding.

This year the Recreation committee has been busy planning fall activities. They planned a trip to the Afton Apple Orchard in Hastings, MN where you could wander around a huge corn maze, pick pumpkins, or enjoy hot cider along with a variety of other activities. They also planned a Halloween trip to the Tunnel of Terror in St. Paul where themed sets were setup throughout the caves along the Mississippi River. The last event they held this fall was an Astronomy Night event at the U of M campus where they had a viewing of the lunar eclipse along with astronomers who were able to point out highlights of the night sky.
