Beer and wine only.

What are our options for food and beverage? Can our group bring in our own food and beverages? Can they be catered?
Reservations can use our snack bar options, bring in their own food and beverage or can use a licensed caterer. Certain options require specific permits and forms to be completed and submitted to the Reservations Manager no later than 10 business days before the event.
Do you require a deposit for reservations?
Reservations that do not require a contract that total less than $200 do not require a deposit. Full payment can be made upon arrival. Reservations that do not require a contract and are $200 or more do require a 50% deposit. All reservations that do require a contract require a $500 nonrefundable deposit.
When is payment due?
Final payment for reservations that do not require a contract that are $200 or more is due upon arrival, reservations that do not require a contract or a deposit will also pay the full amount upon arrival. Reservations requiring a contract will receive instructions for payment from the reservations Manager.
What are your cancelations/reservation amendment policies?
As long as the space and equipment is available we can add to reservations up to 1 business day before the event. Reservations that do not require a contract can cancel any part of the reservation any time before 5 business days of the event. After this date, there will be a 50% cancelation fee charged for the items that were canceled. This is due to the large number of customers that are turned away for reservations.
Can I make a reservation that extends past venue closing time or for a day you are not open?
On rare occasions Student Unions & Activities buildings and Gamerooms can stay open beyond their regular hours. Requests for special building and Gameroom hours are due 20 business days prior to the event. Requests are not guarantees. The earlier requests are submitted the better the chances of approval. Additional Gameroom hours will add $25/hour to Gopher Spot Reservations and $50/hour for Goldy's Gameroom reservations. If the building is extending hours, there will be additional fees added.
Do all reservations need to provide proof of insurance?
No. Only reservations that serve alcohol that are not sponsored by a University Department and reservations that require a contract need to show proof of insurance. The Gameroom Reservations Manager will inform you if your reservation requires insurance.
