Offering 22 different runs for beginners to experts, including the largest terrain park in the Midwest, Spirit Mountain is located just minutes from downtown Duluth. As you make your way down the long winding slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Superior.

The Swarm are a professional lacrosse team that is in its fourth season, and are typically high scoring affairs, with final scores averaging 16-14. Hockey fans and basketball players can each identify with lacrosse because it combines the best elements from each sport; speed, creative passing, fast breaks and big hits!
