Catering
The Student Unions offer flexible catering policies leaving the choices up to you! We can work with any licensed caterer of your choice giving you endless cuisine options for you and your guests.
While Student Unions & Activities can work with any licensed caterer of your choice, University Dining Services (UDS) is the on-campus catering provider. Food permits are required for any groups bringing food into the building for meeting or events. All food permits must be submitted to the Events and Conferences office ten (10) days in advance if the Department of Environmental Health and Safety approval is required. Catered events and potluck events require the approval of the Department of Environmental Health and Safety.
Alcohol
Customers wanting to serve alcoholic beverages at their event must submit an alcohol permit to the Events and Conference Office at least 15 business days prior to the event date. Registered student organizations should submit their permits to the Student Activities Office. The sale of alcoholic beverages in the facility is not permitted.
Prep Kitchens
Student Unions & Activities also offers three prep kitchens for your catering convenience, two located in Coffman Memorial Union and one located in the St. Paul Student Center. Please visit the prep kitchen's page for more information.
